Business development, Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the Concord Amusement World Foy's Lake, Sea World Concord, Foy's Lake Resort- Sales & Service related assigned all other task.
∎ Responsible for achieving monthly sales target like package & membership card, food kiosks, rides & family package.
∎ To monitor & ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales of all sales point at park.
∎ Supervise Executive of Marketing department & provide them necessary guideline to execute their jobs efficiently & effectively.
∎ Supervise the sales associate and the day-to-day operations of the Membership Card Sales unit.
∎ Prepare Marketing plan & budget.
∎ Prepare card sales plan and set card sales targets for individual sales associate and team as a whole.
∎ Monitor all kinds of survey report, record sheet, park observation, complimentary guest report & incidents reports if any.
∎ Plan, coordinate & follow up promotional & event related activities.
∎ Search for new business opportunities / development
∎ Liaison with different strategic partners / sponsors
∎ Maintain effective Coordination with the marketing team of Foy's Lack, Chittagong.
∎ Ensure outdoor & internal promotional activities like billboard, flyer, TVC, RDC, News paper AD, Poster etc
∎ Close monitoring of Visitor comments in the comment books & follow-up for next steps on regular basis.
∎ Monitor visitor's trend & hourly statues.
∎ Ensure distribution of flyer & others promotional materials at inside the park.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ The candidate should be efficient and independent in making correspondence both in English & Bengali.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office package.
