Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with factory head always about the quality of product of each item during production.
∎ Monitoring & Improving overall QA of finished bags.
∎ Evaluating final output of products (FIBC bag, 1Ply & 2 Ply cement bag & others) to determine their production quality as per work order.
∎ Control and guide the daily work and ensure the safety regarding the laboratory activities.
∎ Wastage management planning and ensure its effectiveness.
∎ Investigation and follow up buyer claims and ensure satisfaction.
∎ Implementing quality management systems, quality plans and controls to achieve plant objectives.
∎ Train and develop the assigned staff to provide specific knowledge on production.

∎ Basic Computer Skills.
