Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.
Lead the QC team in product sample analysis and technical troubleshooting to maintain product consistency.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory and industry quality standards.
Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes impacting product quality.
Support and prepare documentation for external regulatory inspections and internal audits.
Oversee laboratory operations, including reagent and stock solution preparation, instrument calibration, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure proper preservation and maintenance of laboratory reagents and reference standards.
Maintain complete QC documentation, including batch records, test reports, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and non-conformance logs.
Supervise QC technicians and lab analysts to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of testing.
Ensure packaging compatibility assessments and verification as part of QC processes.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce nonconformities.
Conduct daily QC, production, and delivery meetings to review ongoing issues and optimize performance.
Organize and participate in technical meetings with clients to analyze and resolve quality-related concerns.
