Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.

  • Lead the QC team in product sample analysis and technical troubleshooting to maintain product consistency.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory and industry quality standards.

  • Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes impacting product quality.

  • Support and prepare documentation for external regulatory inspections and internal audits.

  • Oversee laboratory operations, including reagent and stock solution preparation, instrument calibration, and equipment maintenance.

  • Ensure proper preservation and maintenance of laboratory reagents and reference standards.

  • Maintain complete QC documentation, including batch records, test reports, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and non-conformance logs.

  • Supervise QC technicians and lab analysts to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of testing.

  • Ensure packaging compatibility assessments and verification as part of QC processes.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

  • Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce nonconformities.

  • Conduct daily QC, production, and delivery meetings to review ongoing issues and optimize performance.

  • Organize and participate in technical meetings with clients to analyze and resolve quality-related concerns.
