Job Context:
∎ We are looking to get application from some young, energetic, enthusiastic candidate to work with our Factory HR & Compliance Team. He/ She will be responsible to monitor Environmental Compliance of the factory. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skills and great communication skills with professional etiquette.
∎ Job Location : Tarasima Apparels Ltd. (Manikganj)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Standards Implementation.
∎ Identifying & implementing ENERGY / WATER efficient opportunities.
∎ Facilitating Rooftop Solar (CAPEX/OPEX/CAPITAL LEASE), Energy Attribute Certification (EACs) to avoid GHG emissions.
∎ Ensure sustainable chemical management system (CMS) to support worker safety and reduce environmental impacts.
∎ Selection of right chemicals, Risk Assessment for chemical products, textile process control & traceability.
∎ Wastewater Treatment Technology (ETP Design and Operation).
∎ Liaising with Regulatory Bodies (DoE, BERC, Boiler Office, DC Office, Explosive Department etc.)
∎ Identifying point / fugitive emissions sources & abatement processes to mitigate them.
∎ Sourcing sustainable disposal available route of hazardous waste and integrate possible circular economy.
∎ Self-assessment tools - HiGG Index, BEPI etc.
∎ Lead sustainability programs - PaCT, ZDHC, BCMP, ZLD, 3R, Supplier to Zero, Clean Chain, BVE3, Join Life-CFW, SBT, Jeans Redesign, Circular Fashion Program.
∎ Compliance & production certification process like ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, OekoTex 100 standard, STeP, Cradle to Cradle etc.
∎ Sustainability requirements of H&M, Decathlon, Inditex, Promod, Bestseller, C&A, Benetton, Ralph Lauren, Lidl etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Should be willing to move buying office & factories frequently
∎ Good Command in English & Computer
∎ Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of Labor Union Management, Bangladesh Labor Law and its amendment, process management

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
