Job Context:
∎ Summary: Bay Developments is looking for an experienced and well-rounded individual to join our team as Business Development Manager. You will act as our market expert, who will identify what makes Bay`s offerings successful and how we can convey that to our customers. One of your core responsibilities will be to strategically position Bay`s product line by ensuring it fits with our core clients` needs. In addition, you will be tasked with boosting Bay`s successful brand even further. As the go-to member of all branding activities, you will lead a team of Business Development professionals to drive customer engagement, initiate and execute marketing campaigns and achieve key target metrics. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who has vast knowledge of both strategy and marketing and will be able to guide a dynamic team to success.
∎ Job Location: Bay Corporate Office, Gulshan 2, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study market trends, client needs and growth opportunities to strategically position Bay's product line.
∎ Work with cross-functional partners to develop solutions that will improve the timeliness, cost, and quality of Bay's projects based on market research.
∎ Lead all physical marketing activities including project signage creation, 3D renderings, sales brochures, and events.
∎ Lead all digital marketing activities including website development, social media marketing, and display advertising.
∎ Oversee & assist the team in copy writing material for digital marketing mediums
∎ Ensure all key metrics such as customer acquisition, ROAS, traffic, and conversion are met.
∎ Any other tasks provided by management to perform
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Able to conduct market research through identifying trends, customer segments and product development opportunities.
∎ Strong understanding of all digital platforms - Web Development, Facebook, Instagram, Paid Ads
∎ Able to plan and execute strategy and marketing projects from start to finish with an eye on achieving key metrics
∎ Able to guide and mentor a team of marketing professionals
∎ Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
∎ Comfortable analyzing and applying web data including traffic and conversion metrics
∎ A good eye for aesthetically appealing content
