Job Responsibilities:
∎ a) 2D & 3D experience must.
∎ b) Knowledge of sample development must.
∎ c) You will be responsible for overseeing the technical team ensuring to produce the best quality samples to build a good image of the company.
∎ d) Create and implement an ethical compliance business strategy that delivers exceptional standards.
∎ e) Responsible for follow the safety requirements of all products, test reporting, development and compliance.
∎ f) Establish and sustain the all buy’s technical requirements, and follow the company QMS.
∎ g) Achieve the daily plan target and efficiency in sample section.
∎ h) Follow the monthly sample T&A and meet the on time PCD.
∎ i) Require a comprehensive understanding of supply chain, leading to effective communication and negotiation to ensure the performance of the product meet the buyer’s requirement.
∎ j) Manage all aspects of pattern, marker making, quality controlling and sample sections from compiling garment specifications, development and all kind of samples, documentation and clear communication to the supplier/buying office working to the critical path.
∎ k) Analyze of reports and update production management on approval and risk assessment. Update and highlight of risks.
∎ l) Knowledge of common manufacturing and washing standards issues/mistakes.
∎ m) Introduce the best minimum cost consumption and over 90% marker efficiency.
∎ n) Conduct the risk assessment meeting for every development to be production friendly.
∎ o) Mentor and highlight to the merchant and marketing section out sourcing supplier’s and service company’s performance and quality.
∎ p) Achieve the technical and sample department KPIs such as, on time submission, sample approved hit rate, marker efficiency etc.
∎ q) Maintain a good administration policy in the department.
∎ r) Improve and sustain the 5’s philosophy in the department.
∎ s) Conduct trainings and development programs for department staff and workers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office/ Excel is must.
