∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure office discipline, dress code & working environment by continuous monitoring.
∎ Ensure approval and availability of Office Stationary, furniture and equipment to the employees as per requirement.
∎ Take necessary action (Servicing, repairing, maintenance, etc.) when any damage/useless furniture/ equipment is identified.
∎ Ensure cleaning site monitoring and ensure total work space cleaning as per company standard
∎ Time to time house cleaning and wastage product sell and sell invoice as per policy.
∎ Ensure seating arrangement for new employees.
∎ Monitor Support stuffs regular working activities, leave, conflict & counseling, Dress-code, turnout-bearing, etc.
∎ Arrange Training and development program to align with company culture.
∎ Organize all kinds of in-house events & various meeting (Dept. Heads, Marketing, Construction, PE) etc.
∎ Surprise visit to projects for checking disciplinary matters & communicating with project in charge regarding ongoing operational support & work.
∎ Monthly stationary consumption budget, approval and submit consumption report.
∎ Fixed Asset Management.
∎ AC & Electrical equipment maintenance & management.
∎ Ensure good interdepartmental relationship and support.
∎ Transportation:-
∎ Provide plan & necessary instruction, support to Transport Division for smooth functioning of Vehicles (Purchase, Rent, Maintenance etc.) of group.
∎ Take vehicle requisition and provide support on regular & demand basis.
∎ Periodical maintenance of vehicle.
∎ Overall fleet management.
∎ Ensure safety and security of office as well construction projects.
∎ Confirm availability of security.
∎ Surprise visit to the office floor.
∎ Liaison with Govt. Law Enforcing Agencies and solve administrative disputes if any.
∎ Maintaining close liaison with project In Charge as well as the security company for betterment and improvement of services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in General Management/ Administration in large group of any company.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Excellent in English & Bengali writing.

Salary: Negotiable
