Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, data Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly) and requesting disbursement.
∎ Prepare the periodical financial statements & reports.
∎ Prepare periodical financial analysis that indicates the financial status of the company.
∎ Prepare all financial statement & reports to meet the requirement of internal audit and external audit.
∎ Perform month end and year financial closing activities.
∎ Prepare periodical financial budget and implement proper budgetary control.
∎ To maintain stock and reconciliation and dealing with Bank transaction & reconciliation as monthly basis.
∎ Manage accounts payable/receivable, salary / payroll / PF trust account statement reconciliations
∎ Prepare & submit monthly financial statement as per management requirement.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Clear knowledge about corporate TAX, Income TAX and VAT, Labor Law and Company Act.
∎ To supervise the audit program & lead the assigned audit team and taking the responsibility of planning, executing and managing the audit program.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Maintain & update entire accounts and finance related information in SAP software and generate necessary reports as and when required.
∎ Maintain an updated MIS of detailed Financials, business drivers, KPIs, information by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders & managing the SLA.
∎ Prepare Master budget and see the collective controlling on it and Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Clear knowledge about Export LC, Import LC and related loan accounts.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
∎ Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office
