∎ B.Sc/Diploma in CSE/EEE/ECE from any reputed Public/ Private University/institution/BTEB etc
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising overall IT activities;
∎ Installing and configuring computer systems, OS & apps, printers, scanners, web camera, projectors;
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software & hardware faults;
∎ Repairing equipment and replacing parts of computers, printers, scanners, IP phone, web camera etc;
∎ Installing antivirus protection;
∎ Fixing network faults at user-end;
∎ Talking to computer users to determine the nature of problems;
∎ Providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software; including printing, word processing, e-mail and operating systems;
∎ Technical support for employees using the network;
∎ Basic knowledge on CCTV, Online UPS, UTP & Fiber Cabling, networking;
∎ Logging customer/employee queries;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management & divisional head/reporting person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Strong analytical and communication skill;
∎ Team work & Team commitment;
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure;
∎ Must have good communication skill.
