∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team·
∎ Computer knowledge of MS Office programs·
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite in a manner with a positive personality & quick learner.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper warehouse maintenance, store housekeeping, and overall administration.
∎ Monitor that stocks are properly handled and stored to prevent damage and monitor broken damage Stocks·
∎ Monitor the receiving of Products coming from the production floor and ensure that is maintained prior to dispatch and delivery.
∎ Ensure picked stocks are accurately checked and timely delivery of all stocks.
∎ Monitor the periodic stock count of the depot.
∎ Monitor samples, and replacement of complain products.
∎ Cooperate in stock counting headed by Head office/third party.
∎ Cooperate with the Audit Team headed by finance quality or Distribution.
∎ Ensure documentation of all incoming raw materials and stocks from production are properly maintained and checked when received.
∎ Ensure stocks are accurately encoded into the system & proper documentation of necessary reports.
∎ Monitor all quality-related functions of the warehouse to ensure quality assurance.
∎ Ensure Maintenance of commercial and sample products·
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the Management.

∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Phulbaria, Tetuljhora, Savar, Dhaka and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for an experienced Asst. Incharge for the Garments Store.
∎ Responsibilities:
