1st class boiler license is mandatory requirement for the post Asst. Incharge Boiler
Education requirement will be consider for expirenced candidate.

Responsibilities & Context:
Direct and oversee the daily operation of industrial boilers (e.g., fire-tube, water-tube, or shell boilers) and associated equipment (pumps, feed-water treatment, steam lines).
Execute and supervise routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and necessary repairs to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Strictly adhere to and enforce all government regulations, including the Bangladesh Boiler Act and Rules, regarding boiler operation, maintenance, and safety.
Conduct regular inspections, log readings, and safety checks, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date for regulatory audits.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations.
Train, supervise, and guide the boiler operator and assistant team on best practices, safety protocols, and effective troubleshooting.
