Bashundhara Special Children Foundation (BSCF) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to join our team as Assistant Head Teacher. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Teacher to support the overall management, strategic direction, and continuous development of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Teacher in setting, implementing, and achieving the school’s strategic goals and vision.

• Lead and supervise teachers and support staff, including regular performance reviews and mentoring.

• Contribute to the design and delivery of the curriculum, emphasizing autism-specific teaching methodologies and best practices.

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.

• Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support each student’s educational and emotional needs.

• Assist in administrative and operational tasks such as data management, reporting, and documentation.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development among staff.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Teacher or management.
