• Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.

• Experience in related fields will be prioritized.

• Bashundhara Special Children Foundation (BSCF) is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our professional team in the position of Speech and Language Therapist.

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties in children.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication and language skills.

• Provide therapy focused on articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, and alternative communication systems (e.g., PECS, AAC).

• Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective intervention.

• Monitor clients’ progress, maintain detailed records, and update therapy plans as necessary.

• Participate in case reviews, training sessions, and multidisciplinary meetings as required.
