Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Crafting strategies for all marketing jobs, including digital, advertising, communications & creative.
∎ Dealing with agencies & vendors professionally.
∎ To prepare & manage monthly, quarterly & annual budgets for the marketing team.
∎ To set, guide, monitor & report on team goals.
∎ To furnish marketing tactics to counter short-term goals.
∎ To ensure strong & consistent brand message across all channels & marketing efforts (like events, campaigns, web pages & promotional materials).
∎ To provide direct input in product development, packaging & pricing based on consumer behavior & sales trend analysis.
∎ To monitor competition as well as to explore an opportunity in different segments and markets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12-15 years' experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication
∎ Knowledge about MS Office, Power Point, Internet, Intranet, Extranet
∎ Thorough knowledge of competitors' products and services
∎ Excellent knowledge of their companies' present and past product lines
∎ Ability to identify market segments, niches, and potential markets
∎ Proven experience in customer and market research.
∎ Ability to plan and formulate strategies
∎ Ability to implement strategies by using or adapting tactics
∎ Ability to adjust to and work with teams
∎ Ability to drive and inspire
