Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Generate sales of company products in the assigned area through a team of sales officers in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
∎ 2. Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the area.
∎ 3. Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
∎ 4. Assist the Regional Sales Manager to develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ 5. Maintain good relationship with existing distributors, field forces and key outlets for repeat business.
∎ 6. Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
∎ 7. Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
