Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Ice Cream, Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving month to month sales target.
∎ Increase Market share and volume through successful implementation of sales plan.
∎ Leads the Sales workforces', inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring and career development.
∎ Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking.
∎ Responsible for on the job training and development of front-line sales force team.
∎ Developing a strong and motivated sales team and good trade relationships.
∎ Analyzing and giving feedback on competitive tactics.
∎ Co- ordinates with the sales head to obtain the necessary support.
∎ Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches.
