Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Engineering, Database Engineer/ Database Programmer, Hardware & Networking, Information technology, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Programming, Software or Hardware or Networking Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Keep the system with up to date software and hardware.
∎ Ensure all the system are running with AV security software.
∎ Maintain active directory, file server, wireless network, radio connectivity.
∎ Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
∎ Create and deploy IT Policy and Audit policy.
∎ Create any documentation/presentation required for Audit or administration.
∎ Train employee to enable them competent with latest technology.
∎ Talk to client representative and resolve any IT related problem they face.
∎ Maintain inventory.
∎ Work continuously on a task until completion.
∎ Providing technical support to multiple locations (by physically or over the phone).
∎ Test and evaluate new technology.
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
