Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Head of Design in day to day functions to produce latest fashion trends.
∎ Constantly propose newness to the company product line and prepare collections based on customer briefings.
∎ Liaise with internal departments such as merchandising, technical and sample room in order to obtain productive output.
∎ Prepare accurate and detailed design packs.
∎ Attend fittings to ensure product is on calendar.
∎ Network with off-shore vendors/factories/ Buyers.
∎ Understand about womenswear, menswear, children's wear trends.
∎ Expand business with existing customers and develop new customer contacts, manage external development.
∎ Request and update weekly reports/ development trackers for multiple seasons simultaneously to maintain accurate information that is used by cross-functional partners.
∎ Partner with team members to track, unpack samples and approvals throughout development process.
∎ Always demonstrate "do your do best" attitude.
∎ Overseas travels for business requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Possess knowledge in garment construction and specifications.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Must be organized and detail oriented.
∎ Team player and ability to multitask.
∎ Flexible and adaptable.
∎ Proactive attitudes.
∎ Proficient in Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop and Microsoft office.
∎ Must be able to perform efficiently with tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent computer skills including WGSN/ Internet research.
∎ Trend research and forecasting.
