∎ Experience on Export Oriented Leather Footwear Factory.
∎ Ability to do work under pressure.
∎ Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Good command in MS Office specially on PPT.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Production Manager to create effective monthly production plans.
∎ Review plans, ensuring optimal capacity, timely shipments, and cost reduction for increased profitability.
∎ Conduct regular meetings to monitor order status, plan schedules, and allocate production lines efficiently.
∎ Foster strong relationships with merchandising and production teams for seamless collaboration.
∎ Manage production planning staff and oversee raw material scheduling to meet production schedules.
∎ Study and optimize time and motion, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
∎ Supervise pre-production activities, maintaining back-to-back feeding to achieve targets without compromising quality.
∎ Motivate and train workers to consistently meet production targets with uncompromising quality.
