Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role (experience in e-commerce/tech platforms preferred).

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and user insights into actionable requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and web/mobile technologies.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Job Title: Strategic Expert / Specialist, Product Development

Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Assist the Product Manager in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing product requirements from business teams, users, and stakeholders.

2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product growth and innovation.

3. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and timely releases.

4. Track and document product development progress, create requirement specifications, and maintain product documentation.

5. Support testing, QA, and UAT processes to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.

6. Monitor product performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address product issues, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.

8. Assist in launching new product features and ensure internal teams are well-trained and aligned with updates.
