∎ Minimum Bachelors degree in business/ social sciences/ economics or related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and designing information for proposal format, budget development and overall bidding documents
∎ Provide support and assistance to other proposal developers in the delivery of assigned opportunities
∎ Participate in strategy calls to discuss bidding requirements
∎ Update and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking documents
∎ Coordinate continuously with the teams regarding their need-specific requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 1-3 years direct experience in contracts, communications and proposals development is required.
∎ Proven experience with international donor organizations is necessary.
∎ Excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
∎ Business proficiency in English language
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suit (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Ability to interpret RFPs and protocols
∎ Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
