Additional Requirements:
2-3 years of work experience in Quality Control Department in RMG sector/ similar organization
Knowledge of Quality assurance (fabrics inspection system following standard)
Understanding of Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding) Analytical ability and report writing skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the fabric inspection as per the work order
Familiar with 4-point and 100% fabric Inspection system
Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problem
Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system
Accountable for any complaint/claim that may arise from his/her relevant inspection
Input all data on ERP with maximum accuracy
Developing good relation with related stake holders
Co-ordinate with Merchandising, Design, Textile and other related departments
Maintain the organization objectives on the basis of PMS
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
