Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop new products and propositions to capture emerging market potential.

  • Manage and monitor existing products.

  • Manage product delivery process with minimal turnaround time.

  • Troubleshoot complex product or process-related issues in coordination with stakeholders.

  • Initiate and manage business transformation projects.

  • Launch and manage campaigns, trainings, and customer engagement events.

  • Prepare presentations as required.
