∎ Age: at most 40 years (Age consideration may be relaxed in case of competitive skill and experience)
∎ Experience: at least 3 years in relevant field.
∎ Field of Experiences: Credit Analyst
∎ Working experience of at least 3 years in the field of Retail Credit Risk Analysis/Relationship Management, and Security Documentation in any leading Banks/ FIs as a full-time employee.
∎ Excellent knowledge and expertise in Credit-related tasks.
∎ Should have strong market intelligence to develop new businesses/clients.
∎ Ability to meet strict deadlines.
∎ Should have good communication and leadership skills.
∎ Strong Proficiency in MS Office & general Computer Use.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and accurate submission of credit memos/proposals.
∎ Prepare sanction letters.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with branch team, customers and continuously endeavor to build new relationships.
∎ Monitor and ensure timely loan repayment, collecting financial statements and other necessary documents from time to time.
∎ Assist in achieving the business goals of the Division/Bank.
∎ Maintain compliance with the policies of the Bank and Regulatory bodies.
∎ Make correspondences with branches and clients.
