∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age: at most 40 years (Age consideration may be relaxed in case of competitive skill and experience)
∎ Experience: at least 3 years in relevant field.
∎ Field of Experiences: Collection and Recovery in the related field
∎ Working experience of at least 3 years in the field of Loan Recovery & Monitoring/ Relationship Management, Loans and Advances and Security Documentation in any leading Bank/FI as a full-time employee.
∎ Should have strong market intelligence to develop new recovery processes.
∎ Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Solicit business by booking both Assets & Liabilities.
∎ Prepare call reports, analyze financial data/reports, visit client’s business premises, present & permanent address for loan recovery purpose.
∎ Prepare and accurate submission of memos/proposals.
∎ Prepare Warning letters for borrowers.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with customers.
∎ Monitor loan repayment process.
∎ Assist in achieving the Loan recovery goals of the Branch/Division/Bank.
∎ Maintain compliance with the policies of the Bank and Regulatory bodies.
