∎ IFC's Infrastructure and Natural Resources Department in South Asia is seeking an Associate Investment Officer to be based in Dhaka Bangladesh reporting to the Portfolio Manager South Asia. The selected candidate will work primarily with IFC's teams in South Asia to assist with the Portfolio Middle Office function in managing IFC's portfolio investments and business development in the infrastructure and natural resources sectors in the region. The position provides an opportunity for the candidate to obtain broad sector experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' of experience in portfolio management with a major financial institution or large fund; infrastructure experience desirable;
∎ Strong financial, analytical and modeling skills;
∎ Understanding of loan and investment documentation, accounting and financial statement analysis;
∎ Ability to multi-task; deal with conflicting priorities and deliver high quality work on schedule;
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal skill and a good sense of client relationship;
∎ Excellent command of written and spoken English.
