Additional Requirements:
∎ Dedicated to follow the captured client policies from team leader/Supervisor and configure the software accordingly.
∎ Brief the development team on the policy captured from the clients
∎ Receive the new observation which has detected during test & solve the same.
∎ Helping developers to understand then bugs and new requirements
∎ To train the users of the systems deployed with documentations including user manuals and guides as well as user acceptance with the customer.
∎ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Provide knowledge transfer and training to other support teammate upon completing a new implementation.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports and issues logs.
∎ Try to build sustainable quality from other system with the help from other team members.
∎ Work with team members and team leader to define business requirements and system goals to resolve issues
∎ Preferable to have knowledge on KORMEE Software.
