Job Context:
∎ A leading Multinational FMCG company.
∎ The role will be directly reporting to Director - Operation. This position is assisted by the Production executives, Supervisors and a group of workmen. The Factory is located 65 Kms away from Dhaka city. The incumbent plays a significant role in addressing and resolving issues related to production operations. This position is actively involved in the Planning and execution of production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Leading Production Team to ensure that Production and Quality Targets are met.
∎ 2. Ensure manufacturing excellence through optimization of process and equipment capabilities.
∎ 3. Co-ordinate and team work with engineering team for effective Autonomous and Planned Maintenance
∎ for better machine and equipment durability to ensure higher volume and perfection in quality.
∎ 4. Maximize team effort to reduce wastage and increase output limiting cost of production. 5. Bring and establish Continuous Improvement approach in the daily life of manufacturing operation.
∎ 6. Ensuring that Products are producing within the cost limits.
∎ 7. Ensuring the proper utilization of machine and man hr thus meet Man-hr/ton and SKU targets.
∎ 8. Ensuring that the Safety Standards are met
∎ 9. Ensure development and training of production team.
∎ 10. Create healthy work environment among shop floor
∎ 11. Provide support for trial to R&D function for all NPDs
∎ 12. Implement and maintain FSSC 22K requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in food, Pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Managing Production , Maintenance and Projects.
