∎ M. Com/ MBA in relevant fields
∎ Skills Required: SAP

∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Checking of Media bills/ BTL Claims with legal compliances
∎ • Checking of Distributor claims with legal compliances
∎ • Issuance of Cheque / payment ensuring legal compliances like TDS, VDS etc.
∎ • Maintenance of VAT records in Bangla/ English where applicable
∎ • Maintenance of Income tax records in Bangla/ English where applicable
∎ • Issuance of TDS &VDS Certificate in Bangla/ English where applicable
∎ • Submission of monthly VAT return for warehouses with documentation
∎ • VAT Audit correspondence and provide explanations
∎ • Deposit of TDS/ VDS Challan in stipulated time frame
∎ • Submission of TDS returns monthly, quarterly & half yearly basis where applicable
∎ • Regularly update the debtors reports
∎ • Journal Vouchers posting in SAP
∎ • Bank entry posting in SAP
∎ • Bank accounts reconciliation
∎ • Records keeping/ filling of claim papers
∎ • Filling of VAT related papers
∎ • Any other job assigned
