Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and stream line or production process to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools.
∎ Monitor the work floor for maximum utilization of man & machine.
∎ To reduce indirect manpower reduce from production floor.
∎ To establish process development/lean culture setup in production floor.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Supervise recording of information to ensure accuracy of documentation to pinpoint production problems.
∎ Determine employee work efficiency and ways to enhance productivity.
∎ Capability to follow hourly production and find root cause for output loss.
∎ Planning for the coming order by managing capacity.
∎ Forecasting the upcoming work load and take action accordingly.
∎ Execute sample production meeting all the parameters as per Buyer's requirement.
∎ Schedule delivers based on production forecast, materials substitutions, storage and handling facilities and maintenance requirements.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, fabric category, target unit and manpower.
∎ Calculate and finalize product SMV , CM calculation and finalize the product cost.
