Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute visionary sales plans, processes, and structures to create a strong foundation for our sales team, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
∎ Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize their potential and maintain high levels of productivity.
∎ Identify target markets, potential clients, and new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market presence.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers, to bolster partnerships and drive revenue.
∎ Design and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals that showcase our company's real estate offerings and value proposition.
∎ Conduct continuous market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences, translating insights into strategic actions.
∎ Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress, assess results, and identify areas for improvement, driving data-driven decisions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-10 years experience in Real Estate Sales
∎ Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
∎ Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
∎ Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as
∎ needed.
∎ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, property development trends, and customer preferences in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience in developing sales processes, systems, and structures within a new or growing organization is highly desirable.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
∎ Fluency in both English and Bangla languages.
