Educational Requirements:
∎ B.com/M.com or Diploma in Electric/Mechanical/Electronics/Textile Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on proper Store Management System and Supply Chain Management.
∎ Should be expert on composite knit garments spare parts store such as Sewing, Knitting, Dyeing, Dyeing Finishing, Printing and Embroidery utilities all spare parts.
∎ Ensure accurate accountability all transition receive & delivery as per SOP.
∎ Ensure accurate accountability of all transaction: - Manual register, returnable register, BIN card & others documents.
∎ Manage the use of all handling spare parts & tools servicing, repair, warranty claim maintaining inventory and replacement accountability.
∎ Ensure the stores area is kept clean, tidy & free from Hazards.
∎ Maintains All Documents:-Chillan File, Returnable G.P, Foreign challan, Internal challan, Warranty claim, replacement file, Transfer G.P & Others record.
∎ Undertake the day to day supervision of the stores service & staff to deliver a customer focused service in accordance with agreed procedures.
∎ Ensure Hazardous item are handled correctly (MSDS/ Quarantine).
∎ Be Responsible for the transaction of the main stores area & godown all stock
∎ Ensure departmental objective and Company policy with Health & Safety Policy at all Time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Sound knowledge of computer application is imperative
∎ Should have knowledge about ERP software
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Should have sound language proficiency in Bangla & English.
