Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out project activities from project initiation to project closer
∎ Prepare assigned project resources with necessary project-related information, ensuring proper understanding of project requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria.
∎ Implement the necessary project management practices. Maintain Project Charter, Project management plans, WBS, Schedule, Issues, Risks, Project Dashboard, Project Status Report, Project Closer Report, Project Lesson Learned, etc
∎ Manage the project plan, issues list, and other supporting documents throughout the project in an effort to maintain client expectations and project milestone success.
∎ Work with various team members (both Internal functional teams and customer teams) to resolve project and process issues in a timely manner and document any issues
∎ Communicate and publish project status to the project stakeholders and team.
∎ Serves as liaison between the company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
∎ Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
∎ Providing updates to the steering committee & Management Team. Strong monitoring & follow-up to achieve results
∎ Creates, updates and maintains resource/project calendars.
∎ Capable to manage shared resources.
∎ Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.
∎ Coordinate SRS/BRD Sign-off for projects
∎ Coordinate UAT Sign-off for projects
∎ Manage project scope to meet project success criteria
∎ Assist with developing new processes, templates, and tools that improve the performance and effectiveness of the project management delivery.
∎ Ensures projects are completed on schedule and on budget.
∎ Ensures Implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
∎ Any other projects given by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Overall 5 years of experience in IT/ITES.
∎ At least 1 year of Software Project Management experience as project coordinator/Assistant Project Manager.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Practical experience in DevOps, SharePoint, MS Project, JIRA & MS Office
∎ Basic domain knowledge of Banking Business/NBF's/Capital Market
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bengali and English.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team
∎ Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills
∎ Ability and willingness to work under strong hard deadlines
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, able to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to perform multiple tasks/multiple projects in parallel
∎ Basic Concept of Agile & Experience in working with scrum team
