Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum SSC.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & monitor the activities of security team.
∎ Conduct periodical briefings for supervisor and security guards.
∎ Plan to enhance security system of the company.
∎ Responsible for training activities of all security personnel.
∎ Capable to handle unexpected situations in a calm manner. Manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work.
∎ Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
∎ Respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
∎ Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
∎ Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
∎ Conduct, support, or assist in internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of the facilities security processes.
∎ Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired warrant officer from Bangladesh Military.

Salary: Negotiable
