Responsibilities & Context:
∎ After receiving the sample, the sample Raw Materials Package will be distributed to the sample man as planned for the head of the sample.
∎ Ensure the first-time approval of samples by maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
∎ Expertise in pattern making and pattern correction to resolve issues effectively.
∎ Apply production-friendly techniques to optimize processes and improve overall workflow.
∎ Ensure that each sample meets the construction, size, fit, and quality.
∎ Manage and coordinate the sample sewing team to create garment samples accurately and on schedule.

∎ Plan and prioritize daily tasks for sample sewers to ensure sample deadlines are met.
∎ Monitor and adjust workflow as necessary to manage workload and meet delivery timelines.
∎ Track sample progress and keep relevant departments updated on sample status.
∎ Provide training for sample sewing team members on new techniques, equipment, and quality standards.
∎ Work closely with designers, pattern makers, and technical designers to clarify sample requirements.
∎ Address sewing-related issues such as misaligned patterns, fabric shrinkage, and construction inconsistencies.
∎ Provide daily sewing status updates to the sample head.
∎ Need to publish the sample performance report with management on monthly basis.
