Job Context: We are hiring ASM for sales & marketing consumer’s products of our own company. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage Team (Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Representative) to meet sales and revenue target with.

• Developing and setting sales and marketing plan.

• Must be target oriented able to fulfill responsibilities.

• Setup new dealers/distributors independently and monitor existing dealers with good relationship

• To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.

• Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.

• Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.

• Responsible for reporting sales & market related information to superior timely with accuracy.

• Collect competitor`s necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.

• Reducing the rate of ‘damage products’

• Monitor and lead respective Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, and Sales Representative to achieve overall company goals.
