∎ Candidate must have experience in Cosmetics sales & Marketing background.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience & Skill to develop a new Brand in new region. Willingness to work with a Start-up company.
∎ Communicate a thorough knowledge of cosmetic product information: marketing initiatives, market research techniques, promotional venues, brand strategy, future challenges and opportunities that will influence the brand.
∎ Manage & lead entire Sales Team and can do team work.
∎ Analysis Cosmetic Market and collect relative data and have ability to take decision.
∎ Author and direct the creation of brand campaigns rooted in client objectives, audience insights, and a deep understanding of cosmetic marketing strategy across the full range of traditional and digital channels
∎ Facilitate rich discussions with and lead presentations to clients and prospective clients regarding their current and potential brand campaigns
∎ Foster strong partnerships with internal (creative, account, marketing intelligence) and external (agencies, vendors) teams to create client-centric,
∎ Extensive knowledge of local and global business launch strategies.
∎ Good Leadership Skill and ability to work with Start-Up Company.
∎ Product development & Analysis Skill.
∎ Prepare regular report for top management review.
∎ Have to prepare report for higher authority as per requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience at least 3+Years of Asst. Sales Manager position.
∎ Sound Spoken English & well reporting knowledge. Good Communication Skill
Salary: Negotiable
