Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager with 3-4 years of experience in restaurants, cafes, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs).
∎ Note: Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing guest interactions,
∎ Problem solver and good leadership skills,
∎ POS management, customer relations, sales reports, upselling, and overall outlet management.
∎ Should be familiar with the local market, due to the dine-in nature of the restaurant,
∎ A groomed and articulate candidate is essential.
∎ Candidates with 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry are preferred for this role.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role as Assistant Manager.
∎ Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs).
∎ Follow the Restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hours as per job requirements.
