Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness.
∎ Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff. Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to company standards.
∎ Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
∎ Address customer complaints and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional relationship with staff, customers, and vendors.
∎ Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
∎ Ensure that all employees comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
