Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and sale Affordable Home Loan products in the assigned region.
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of Affordable Home Loan of assigned region.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others.
∎ Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
∎ Ensure compliance as per organization's policy and guideline.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience for both existing and potential customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Target driven
∎ Team Player
∎ Sound Interpersonal skills
∎ Negotiation skill
∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.
