Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for generating business of Affordable Home Loan and achieve sales target within assigned territory.
∎ Promote and sale Affordable Home Loan products in the assigned region.
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of Affordable Home Loan of assigned region.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others. Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
∎ Ensure compliance as per organization's policy and guideline. Ensure extraordinary customer experience for both existing and potential customers.
