Job Description:

• To maintain accurate records of stock level, assets and supplies

• To conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation

• To be responsible for daily operation including receipt, inspection, storage, distribution of materials etc.

• To ensure updated records in inventory system for all goods received and issued

• To ensure proper storage methods to prevent damage, deterioration or loss

• To review and make amendment of standard operating procedure for the department in consultancy with appropriate authority.
