Job Summary:
Assist the Regional Service Manager in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, team performance, and adherence to company standards across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support regional service operations and streamline workflows.
- Supervise, train, and mentor service teams.
- Address escalated customer issues and improve satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Assist in implementing service strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
