Job Summary:

Assist the Regional Service Manager in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, team performance, and adherence to company standards across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regional service operations and streamline workflows.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor service teams.
  • Address escalated customer issues and improve satisfaction metrics.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Assist in implementing service strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
