∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 1 years of experience in the Health-related field or NGO sector (Experience in Drug Treatment/HIV Prevention/Universal Treatment (UTC) Curriculum) is preferable.
∎ Basic computer literacy.
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability, strong communication, report writing, presentation, and negotiation skills;
∎ Proficient in English (oral and written).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure daily In-house program To prepare TC activity routine To facilitate class sessions for clients.
∎ To ensure the daily market of the center
∎ To ensure the daily repair, and maintenance of the center.
∎ To maintain the leave register and regularly update all staff leave documents.
∎ To conduct the staff morning meeting regularly.
∎ To analyze the client's Group and personal problems along with discipline.
∎ To ensure client discipline through Group evaluation
∎ To ensure withdrawal management, orientation, and motivation of the clients
∎ To identify the problems of the clients and take the initiative to solve them.
∎ To ensure the security (properties, recourses, etc.) of the center and clients as well
∎ To manage client and provide report to Counselor and Case Manager
∎ To fill up of register day to day.
∎ To document patients' progress in Daily reports To communicate with client's family when needed. T
∎ o Monitor and prepare any kind of recovery gathering.
∎ To maintain all Ethics of the center.
∎ To assist the center manager.
∎ Any other responsibilities as designated time to time by Authority.
∎ To maintain quality service by following organization's standards
∎ To must abide by the Safe Guarding Policy including Gender, PSEA, Child Protection and Anti Harassment Policy, Code of Conduct and other policies of DAM consciously.
∎ To perform any other task time to time given by the authority.

∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer, and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 7 institutions and 15 donor funded projects. DAM Health Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Assistant Programmer for "Ahsania Mission Female Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center" at Dhaka.
