Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up full washing management.
∎ Making daily production planning.
∎ Everyday attend first production Meeting.
∎ Follow up all measurement sample, Initial Batch, first batch &
∎ bulk approval.
∎ Follow-up production recipe strictly.
∎ Monitoring chemical & water using in bulk production recipe & ensure
∎ proper use of water & chemical.
∎ Maintaining quality control as per buyer requirements.
∎ Manpower handling to increase production.
∎ Follow up style wise lab test & batch wise PH control report.
∎ Discuses with unit manager for production & quality to resolve issues Supervise and
∎ evaluate performance of production personnel.
∎ Monitoring Large quantity style wise every machine set up auto recipe.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Have knowledge on MS office (computer applications).
∎ Strong technical knowledge on denim bulk washing.
∎ Preferable 6-7 years experience candidate for HSC or Diploma in Textile.
∎ Preferable 4 years experience candidate for Bachelor of science in Textile Engineering.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good knowledge in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Have good knowledge on chemical.
