Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Physiotherapy
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support DITM for Establishment of Therapy units at Upazila Health Complexes.
∎ Providing regular quality therapy service to targeted persons with disabilities.
∎ Assist in providing Assistive Devices to targeted persons with disabilities.
∎ Assist in promoting referral linkages for targeted persons with disabilities.
∎ Assist in organizing camps with targeted government community clinics to provide identification, assessment and referral service to the persons with disability.
∎ Working on disability identification and assessment in the working area.
∎ Ensure proper management of therapeutic equipment's and maintain regular maintenance of the equipment's
∎ Regular follow up of the patients and maintain follow up register.
∎ Regular coordination and communication with UHFPO/ MO.
∎ Technical support during union based screening camps and reports.
∎ Work in organizing awareness campaigns at schools to aware school children (boys and girls), teachers, SMC members about rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
∎ Work in developing and disseminating IEC materials (Leaflet, Bill board) for awareness rising on disability in the community.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan and report based on action plan
∎ Daily work on primary assessment form, need assessment, IRP and update individual files.
∎ Prepare progress report of person with disabilities six monthly.
∎ Prepare visit/ follow up reports
∎ Update list of mental/ epilepsy patient and autistic.
∎ Assists to develop project report in terms of providing data, case story, photo etc
∎ Daily data entry at DHIS-II with DRRA support.
∎ Support in capacity building, sensitizing and lobbying of targeted stakeholders & service providers of the project.
∎ Participate actively in team meetings, sharing of information, context analysis, need analysis etc. as per instructions of the Line Manager.
∎ Performing any other relevant duties and responsibilities as per the directives of the Line Manager.
∎ Maintain timing at Upazila Health Complex and report in the register.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 1/2 years relevant experience as Physiotherapist
∎ Working Area: Manikganj-2, Satkhira-1, Cox's Bazar-1, Chittagong-1
∎ Employment Status: Contract Till 31st December 2021 (Contract period might be extended depending on availability of project fund
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla & English
∎ Good computer skills
Salary: Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)
