• Master of Science (MSc)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Social Science (MSS) in Economics

• Master of Science (MSc) in any discipline/ MBA in Accounting / MSS in Economics

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 2-3 years Experienced as in Work Study/IE of RMG Sector for Officer post.

• Position may be upper/lower based on skills, competencies, experience and ability of work.

• Computer knowledge in office management will give preference.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Capacity assessment and re-balancing activities.

• Method to develop working processes and speed training.

• Bottleneck solutions and production study.

• Line monitoring – identify problems and provide solutions to improve productivity.

• Prepare garment breakdown, layout, and flow chart etc.

• Ability to follow up  style changeover activities.

• Prepared accessories consumption.

• Motivate workers to maximize their efforts.

• Ability to manage multiple projects.
