Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in daily delivery monitoring and reporting.
Support stock reconciliation and delivery documentation.
Follow up on transport readiness and route assignments.
Assist in implementing SOP’s and automation initiatives.
Coordinate between factory, depot, and transport teams.
Track real-time delivery status and report exceptions.
Follow up with drivers and customers for delivery confirmation.
