Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in scheduling factory activities and meetings timelines
∎ Assist in HR-related tasks such as maintaining attendance records and timesheets.
∎ Support the onboarding process for new factory employees.
∎ Coordinate with employees to address any facility (Making accommodation and travel arrangements -related issues.
∎ Facilitate effective communication between different factory departments and management.
∎ Communicate important information, announcements, and updates to employees
∎ Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the factory area.
∎ Provide administrative assistance to various departments as required.
∎ Ensure that administrative processes adhere to company policies and regulations.
∎ Identify and address administrative challenges, proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
