The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:  

• Plan & monitor the production activities to support the daily production demand in accordance with set standards & procedures maintaining the consistency in quality of the products.

• Initiations in improving the productivity, control the process loss, reduce the down time of the production machinery for cost effective productions.

• Can motivate, lead & train the employees to ensure continued leadership development & professionalism.

• Able to maintain minimum inventory level by optimizing & controlling the material flow.

• Responsible for establishing GMP, FSMS & other relevant ISO standards to produce safe food.

• Prepare the schedule for production staffs to optimize the engagement level.

• Able to generate management reports for evaluation & to communicate information to the higher management maintaining chain of command.
